We provide a free recruitment process seeking suitable candidates pre-screening a shortlist of ideal applicants for you to interview. 

The aim of Apprenticeship programmes is to create a skilled and motivated workforce which is adaptable to the changing needs of today’s industry. As a Learning Provider, Aspire to Learn aims to meet these changing needs by designing bespoke programmes of work-based learning (WBL) to support and equip individuals with the skills and qualifications required by employers.

The programmes aim to provide a wide range of opportunities for learning and work experience leading to the achievement of a qualification, in the occupational area being followed.

From 1st August 2020 to 31st January 2021 additional funding can be gained if you hire an apprentice as follows:

The funding is applied for the following age groups:

16 to 18, you’ll receive and additional £2,000 from the Government. The payment is in addition to the existing £1,000 you’ll already get for taking on an apprentice

From 18 to 24 and over, you’ll receive £2000

From 25+ you’ll receive £1500

You could get the incentive payment when you hire an apprentice who’s been made redundant, as long as they’re new to your organisation.

Why should I hire an apprentice?
Hiring an apprentice allows your organisation to employ someone who you can develop and tailor to your way of working. When you hire an apprentice they will be working towards a nationally recognised qualification (QCF).
